Karen & Mark | UT Proud

Usually I am this excited to post for weddings.. Not that I don’t love engagement sessions, but still. This University of Texas engagement session was just too much fun. I love exploring new venues and usually don’t ask for guidance since I like just happening upon spots and new angles as they come, but very suggestion they gave made me want to shoot longer. From the staircase inside the tower, playing billiards in the pool hall, to the turtle pond, these two UT graduates just kept being adorable which made my job a breeze. They had such a cute Save the Date idea using billiard balls, and even helped a stray turtle from the street back to it’s home. I am happy to have been a small part of this time in their lives, and I know these two will have a lot of great memories ahead.

  1. Amy, I love this shoot. With engagement photos, sometimes it’s so hard to get a variety of photos that don’t all look the exact same but you did a wonderful job here switching things up and giving the clients a ton of options and styles/looks that, to me, all came out wonderful.
I especially love some of the wide-open landscapes and building details you showed off here. Wonderful work.
