I was so happy when I heard Robbie popped the question to Jill! There is a special relationship between a girl and her hairdresser, and I had been Jill’s stylist for years and was so happy that she found someone that could keep her happy. She always laughed that it was hard to do- but it seemed as though Robbie could keep up with her, and her two adorable pups Zoe and Stella- and that’s what really mattered. We started on a rooftop in Ft. Lauderdale.. well.. we started on two different rooftops.. but once we cleared it up, (and realized the elevators were shut down) we got started on a gorgeous sunny Florida morning. We stopped for coffee and some refreshing water as we continued our session on the Riverwalk. Zoe and Stella had joined us for some adorable family photos, and then we finished up with just the three of us. We walked through downtown and took a few photos on the tracks since the entire railway was raised for boats passing through. They already had some gorgeous shots, but before calling it a day, we headed back to the house that Robbie had rented for his bachelor party *(that’s right- he still got up for photos the weekend of his party!) and I couldn’t help but set up a few more scenes before wrapping up the morning. On the third floor roof deck we could see right over to the Atlantic and I probably would’ve stayed there all day if I didn’t need to get out to a birthday party! These two continued on to their engagement party that night and I am so happy I could help them have a special weekend together. Stay tuned for some incredible wedding photos next year!
