By now you might know that I love my job. What I love even more is seeing my friends happy. That is what I got to see throughout this wedding. So many happy faces. So many excited friends lining up to party with Tomyra and Scott. The Davie Ranch has the perfect rustic barn charm and actual stalls of horses! I loved all the animals… May or may not have multiple photos with them from myself and from other guests 🙂 Wish we were able to hold the baby bunnies (for real– little teeny adorable bunnies!) but I probably would have stopped working altogether. I got to spend the morning with these ladies as Chelsea took care of the wedding party hair and Alessandra took care of the bridal party makeup and we all had a blast at the Gallery One. Once we got to the Ranch, we got things started. Clouds threatened to rain on the parade, but as the most adorable flower girls and ring bearer made it down the aisle the sun peeked through enough to last the entire ceremony. They created a piece of art during the wedding that they will be able to keep in their home to remind them of their Good Friday wedding. Everyone joined together inside the barn to welcome the new Mr. and Mrs. into their reception. The dancing hardly stopped after that! Only for small intermissions of eating barbecue, a small fire, delicious cupcakes and beautiful heartfelt speeches. I know I side stepped that “small fire” incident.. but we had the Alvarez family taking on this wedding. Matt took care of climbing up a wall to put out a fire, Shannon made the amazing cakes and Tony kept the dance floor flooded with music while everyone tore it up. I am so happy I was a part of this day! Congrats Tomyra and Scott. You guys are so loved!

Thank you! I love the idea of a barn wedding.. and this bride and groom pulled it off for sure! Rustic weddings are some of my favorite. Wedding photography is so diverse depending on the theme- and location! South Florida country wedding venues can be a great decision.

Amy,
These photos are fantastic. I’ve never been to The Davie Ranch but it looks like an awesome place and you captured the spirit of this couple’s big day so well. I especially love the little personality you threw in with the selfie but, seriously, the colors here are top-notch. Great job. 🙂
